(1.) This admission is provisional: Confirm only if admission is confirm by respective body in which student is applying for admission. (2.) This is responsibility of the student to get the latest information from the institute. (3.) Ncci shall have no liability to any student in respect of any fee loss, time loss, any claims, demand, fines, penalties, with any changes, rules and regulation of the institute or any objection applied to the institute. That the tuition fees, registration fees or any other fees once submitted to the institute can be returned in any case. (4.) In case of Institute admission all degree will be given by the institute and students must read instructions given by the institute. (5.)Student must comply with all Institute rules of conduct, policies and other rules and regulations and any amendments if additions together may be issued from time to time by Institute (6.)Violation of any rule and regulation of the institute, institute can terminate a student from the course and Institute. (7.)All disputes are subject to Moradabad jurisdiction only.
